KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Warga Desa Tanjungpakis, Kecamatan Pakisjaya, Kabupaten Karawang, mengeluhkan sikap salah seorang oknum pengelola Pantai Pakisjaya yang diduga arogan terhadap masyarakat, khususnya di pintu masuk kawasan wisata.
Keluhan tersebut mencuat setelah sejumlah warga mengaku tetap diminta membayar tiket masuk saat hendak bersilaturahmi dengan keluarga di sekitar kawasan pantai.
Jamaludin, warga setempat, menyampaikan kekecewaannya atas perlakuan oknum yang berjaga di pintu masuk. Ia menilai, sikap dan cara penyampaian yang digunakan tidak mencerminkan pelayanan yang baik.
“Bukan hanya soal tiket, tapi cara berbicaranya yang dinilai kasar. Kami datang untuk bersilaturahmi dengan keluarga,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, kejadian tersebut menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan dan dinilai tidak adil bagi warga sekitar yang memiliki keluarga di kawasan tersebut.
Hal serupa disampaikan Wa Ida, yang mengaku mengalami langsung kejadian tersebut. Ia menilai, pendekatan yang dilakukan oleh oknum pengelola seharusnya lebih bijak dan humanis.
“Kalau hanya soal biaya mungkin bisa dibicarakan, tapi sikapnya itu yang membuat kami tidak nyaman,” katanya.
Warga berharap pihak pengelola Pantai Pakisjaya dapat segera melakukan evaluasi terhadap petugas di lapangan, agar kejadian serupa tidak terulang dan tidak berdampak pada citra wisata daerah.
Hingga berita ini diterbitkan, pihak pengelola Pantai Pakisjaya belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait keluhan yang disampaikan warga.
