KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polsek Karawang Kota kembali mendapatkan apresiasi dari masyarakat atas pelayanan yang dinilai cepat, ramah, dan humanis.

Pelayanan prima yang diberikan petugas membuat warga merasa nyaman saat mengurus berbagai keperluan administrasi kepolisian.

Salah satu apresiasi datang dari Acim, warga yang mengurus surat kehilangan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) di SPKT Polsek Karawang Kota pada Rabu (3/6/2026).

Ia mengaku puas dengan pelayanan yang diterimanya sejak awal hingga proses administrasi selesai.

“Petugasnya ramah, penjelasannya detail, dan prosesnya cepat. Saya merasa dilayani dengan baik, tidak dipersulit. Terima kasih Polsek Karawang Kota,” ujar Acim, Rabu (3/6/2026).

Kapolsek Karawang Kota, H. Senen Ali, melalui petugas SPKT Bripka Adi Kriswanto mengatakan bahwa pelayanan yang humanis dan profesional merupakan komitmen yang terus diterapkan kepada seluruh masyarakat yang datang ke kantor polisi.

Menurutnya, setiap warga berhak mendapatkan pelayanan yang cepat, mudah, serta penuh rasa hormat tanpa adanya perlakuan yang membeda-bedakan.

“Kami berkomitmen memberikan pelayanan terbaik, cepat, dan tanpa membeda-bedakan. Senyum, sapa, dan solusi adalah kunci agar masyarakat puas,” ujar Bripka Adi Kriswanto.

Ia menambahkan, SPKT sebagai garda terdepan pelayanan kepolisian memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan kesan positif kepada masyarakat.

Karena itu, seluruh personel terus didorong untuk mengedepankan sikap profesional, responsif, dan humanis dalam menjalankan tugas.

Apresiasi yang diberikan masyarakat, lanjutnya, menjadi motivasi bagi jajaran SPKT Polsek Karawang Kota untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik serta memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi kepolisian.

Dengan pelayanan yang cepat, transparan, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat, SPKT Polsek Karawang Kota berharap dapat terus menjadi mitra yang hadir memberikan solusi bagi setiap kebutuhan warga. (Karya)
