KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Unit PPA dan TPPO Polres Karawang resmi menaikkan status penanganan kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencabulan terhadap anak di bawah umur yang terjadi di Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon, Kabupaten Karawang, ke tahap penyidikan.
Kasus tersebut dilaporkan oleh nenek korban berinisial C (56) melalui laporan polisi nomor LP/B/1055/IX/2025/SPKT/POLRES KARAWANG tertanggal 11 September 2025. Terlapor diketahui merupakan tetangga korban sendiri yang berinisial WT (80).
Kapolres Karawang AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah melalui Kasi Humas Polres Karawang Ipda Cep Wildan menjelaskan, penyidik telah melakukan serangkaian penyelidikan sebelum akhirnya menaikkan status perkara.
“Petugas sudah melakukan penyelidikan, kemudian melaksanakan gelar perkara dan menaikkan status penanganan kasus ini ke tahap penyidikan,” ujar Cep Wildan.
Peristiwa tersebut terungkap pada Sabtu, 9 Agustus 2025 sekitar pukul 10.00 WIB. Saat itu korban berinisial AT (6) sedang bermain di depan rumahnya.
Ketika melihat terlapor membuka gorden jendela rumah, korban tiba-tiba terlihat ketakutan, berteriak, dan menutup wajahnya sambil memanggil neneknya.
Mengetahui kondisi tersebut, pelapor kemudian menenangkan korban dan menanyakan apa yang terjadi. Korban mengaku merasa sakit pada bagian tubuhnya.
Setelah dibujuk, korban akhirnya menceritakan bahwa sebelumnya diduga pernah mengalami perbuatan tidak pantas dari terlapor di rumah pelaku pada Juli 2025.
Akibat peristiwa tersebut, korban sempat mengalami kondisi tidak sehat serta menunjukkan tanda-tanda trauma. Keluarga kemudian melaporkan kejadian itu kepada pihak kepolisian agar dapat ditindaklanjuti secara hukum.
“Korban sempat mengalami kondisi tidak sehat dan menunjukkan tanda-tanda trauma sehingga keluarga memutuskan melaporkan kejadian tersebut kepada pihak kepolisian,” ucapnya.
Dalam penanganan perkara ini, penyidik telah melakukan sejumlah langkah, mulai dari administrasi penyelidikan, pemberian SP2HP kepada pelapor, hingga pengambilan hasil visum et repertum dari RSUD Karawang sebagai bukti medis.
Selain itu, penyidik juga telah melakukan Berita Acara Interogasi (BAI) terhadap korban, para saksi, dan terlapor.
Untuk memastikan kondisi psikologis korban, penyidik turut mengajukan pemeriksaan psikologi anak ke UPTD PPA Jawa Barat serta berkoordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum.
Atas perbuatannya, terlapor terancam dijerat Pasal 473 Ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP atau Pasal 81 Ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman pidana penjara yang berat karena melibatkan korban anak di bawah umur.
