KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – PT Garda Assets Security (GAS) Karawang terus memacu pertumbuhan bisnis di sektor jasa pengamanan dan alih daya tenaga kerja.
Komitmen tersebut ditegaskan melalui pelaksanaan Rapat Akhir Tahun (RAT) sekaligus Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahun Buku 2025 yang digelar di Brits Hotel Karawang, Jumat (16/1/2026).
Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Badan Usaha Jasa Pengamanan (BUJP) dan Lembaga Penyedia Tenaga Kerja (LPK) ini melibatkan seluruh unsur manajemen, mulai dari komisaris, penasihat, direksi, para chief hingga koordinator lapangan dari berbagai unit mitra kerja.
Sekitar 30 peserta hadir dalam agenda strategis tahunan tersebut. RAT dan RUPS menjadi forum penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja perusahaan sepanjang 2025 sekaligus menyusun arah dan peta jalan pengembangan bisnis PT GAS ke depan.
Berbagai capaian operasional, penguatan tata kelola perusahaan, hingga strategi ekspansi usaha menjadi fokus utama pembahasan.
Direktur Utama PT Garda Assets Security, Joko Susilo, S.H., M.H., yang akrab disapa Gumay, menegaskan bahwa profesionalisme dan konsistensi pelayanan merupakan kunci utama keberlangsungan perusahaan.
“PT GAS harus terus berkembang sebagai perusahaan yang kokoh, adaptif, dan mampu menghadirkan rasa aman bagi seluruh mitra. Stabilitas keamanan adalah fondasi yang menentukan keberlanjutan bisnis,” ujar Joko Susilo
Sementara itu, Direktur Operasional PT GAS, Jasman Safputra, S.H., CLA., CCD., CMLC, memaparkan adanya tren peningkatan jumlah klien di wilayah Karawang dan sekitarnya sepanjang tahun 2025.
Menurutnya, pertumbuhan tersebut harus dibarengi dengan peningkatan kompetensi personel lapangan.
“Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak cukup hanya dengan bertambahnya klien, tetapi harus diikuti dengan kualitas SDM yang semakin profesional, disiplin, dan responsif,” katanya.
Dari jajaran komisaris, Mia Soraya, S.S. menyampaikan optimisme terhadap prospek PT GAS ke depan. Ia menegaskan bahwa komisaris berkomitmen aktif mendorong perluasan jaringan usaha serta penguatan sistem manajemen perusahaan.
“Kami berkomitmen mengawal langkah strategis PT GAS agar mampu bersaing dan terus memperluas pasar jasa pengamanan, baik di Karawang maupun daerah lainnya,” ungkapnya.
Arahan strategis juga disampaikan Penasihat PT GAS, Brigjen TNI Irwan Harjatmono, M.Han. Ia menilai keberadaan PT Garda Assets Security tidak hanya berorientasi pada bisnis, namun juga harus memberikan kontribusi sosial melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja yang berkelanjutan.
“Perusahaan pengamanan harus hadir memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan membuka ruang kerja yang profesional dan berdaya saing,” tegas Irwan Harjatmono.
Sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas kinerja personel, manajemen PT GAS turut memberikan penghargaan kepada personel terbaik sepanjang tahun 2025.
Penghargaan tersebut mencakup kategori Chief/Koordinator Lapangan Terfavorit, Chief/Koordinator Lapangan Respon Cepat, serta Security Terbaik.
Penghargaan ini diharapkan dapat memacu semangat seluruh personel untuk terus meningkatkan disiplin, loyalitas, dan kualitas pelayanan di setiap unit kerja.
Menutup rangkaian kegiatan, Manager Marketing PT GAS, Firman Zaelani, S.H., menyampaikan bahwa saat ini perusahaan telah mengelola lebih dari 200 tenaga kerja aktif.
Pada tahun 2026, PT GAS menargetkan ekspansi mitra kerja serta penguatan kualitas sumber daya manusia sebagai prioritas utama.
“Target kami bukan hanya bertambah besar, tetapi juga semakin berkualitas. Tahun 2026 menjadi momentum PT GAS untuk melampaui capaian sebelumnya,” pungkas Firman.
