KARAWANG, AlexaPodcaat.ID – Menyikapi tingginya keluhan masyarakat terkait infrastruktur dan layanan publik, Forum Rukun Warga (RW) Karawang Wetan resmi meluncurkan platform digital bernama “Lapor Ka ERWE: Jembatan Aspirasi, Membangun Negeri.”
Platform ini dirancang sebagai penghubung resmi antara warga, pengurus lingkungan, dan instansi pemerintah agar setiap aduan dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan cepat dan terukur.
Ketua Forum RW Karawang Wetan, Muhammad Karya, mengatakan bahwa inisiatif tersebut muncul sebagai respons atas banyaknya persoalan yang terjadi di lapangan, khususnya yang disampaikan para Ketua RT, RW, dan warga.
Menurutnya, kehadiran platform ini menjadi instrumen penting dalam memperbaiki komunikasi dan percepatan pelayanan publik.
“Lapor Ka ERWE ini adalah salah satu jembatan aspirasi. Banyak sekali, salah satunya para RT dan RW maupun warga di Kelurahan Karawang Wetan, mengeluhkan kekurangan, baik dari infrastruktur, drainase, jalan, dan kegiatan sosial lainnya,” kata Muhammad Karya, Ketua Forum RW Karawang Wetan
Untuk memudahkan proses pelaporan, Forum RW juga membuka layanan hotline yang dapat dihubungi pada nomor 0896-8240-5661.
Karya menjelaskan bahwa salah satu keluhan yang paling sering diterima adalah persoalan drainase, terutama menjelang musim penghujan.
Banyak saluran air yang tersumbat sehingga menyebabkan genangan hingga banjir di sejumlah titik permukiman.
Selain itu, masalah minimnya penerangan jalan umum (PJU) di jalan protokol maupun perkampungan juga menjadi sorotan warga, karena berdampak pada aspek keamanan dan kenyamanan masyarakat.
“Masalah drainase menjadi isu mendesak, apalagi menjelang musim hujan. Banyak saluran yang mampet dan menimbulkan genangan hingga banjir di halaman warga,” ujarnya.
Menanggapi berbagai persoalan tersebut, Karya menegaskan komitmennya untuk turun langsung memastikan setiap aduan ditindaklanjuti.
Ia memastikan bahwa data laporan yang masuk melalui Lapor Ka ERWE akan menjadi dasar untuk berkoordinasi dengan perangkat daerah maupun instansi terkait di Kabupaten Karawang.
“Banyak sekali pengaduan-pengaduan yang masuk. Di sini saya sebagai forum RW harus turun tangan untuk menyelesaikan apa yang menjadi kendala dan persoalan di lingkungan,” ungkapnya.
Program ini, lanjut Karya, diharapkan menjadi ruang partisipasi warga sekaligus solusi nyata bagi perbaikan lingkungan di Karawang Wetan.
