BEKASI – Keluarga almarhum Faisal menyampaikan apresiasi kepada jajaran Polsek Cikarang Barat atas penanganan kasus dugaan pembunuhan yang menimpa korban.
Ucapan tersebut disampaikan melalui tim kuasa hukum dari Digdaya Eternity Law Office & Partners dalam konferensi pers yang digelar pada Senin (20/7/2026).
Kuasa hukum keluarga korban, Galih Munandar, S.H., M.H., mengungkapkan bahwa pihaknya resmi menerima surat kuasa dari keluarga pada 13 Juli 2026 untuk mendampingi sekaligus mengawal proses hukum hingga tuntas.
Menurut Galih, setelah menerima kuasa, tim hukum langsung berkoordinasi dengan penyidik Polsek Cikarang Barat guna mengetahui perkembangan penyidikan.
Langkah itu dilakukan menyusul adanya pertanyaan dari pihak keluarga terkait proses hukum setelah beberapa orang yang sempat diamankan dikabarkan dipulangkan, sementara saat itu baru satu orang yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Kami melakukan klarifikasi kepada pihak kepolisian terkait perkembangan perkara ini. Alhamdulillah, proses hukum terus berjalan hingga akhirnya dilakukan penetapan tersangka, tidak hanya dalam dugaan tindak pidana pembunuhan, tetapi juga dugaan tindak pidana pengeroyokan,” ujar Galih.
Perwakilan keluarga korban, Dede Nurhasanah, juga menyampaikan rasa terima kasih kepada penyidik Polsek Cikarang Barat yang dinilai telah bekerja maksimal dalam mengungkap kasus tersebut.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih kepada pihak Polsek Cikarang Barat yang telah menangani kasus ini hingga penangkapan dan penetapan tersangka atas dugaan tindak pidana pembunuhan maupun dugaan tindak pidana pengeroyokan,” katanya.
Sementara itu, kuasa hukum Rico A.B. Wasono, S.H., menegaskan komitmen timnya untuk terus mengawal proses hukum hingga seluruh tahapan selesai, mulai dari pelimpahan berkas ke kejaksaan sampai persidangan di pengadilan.
“Kami mengapresiasi kinerja penyidik Polsek Cikarang Barat yang telah bekerja maksimal. Kami akan terus mengawal perkara ini sampai tahap pelimpahan berkas ke kejaksaan dan proses persidangan di pengadilan,” tegasnya.
