Dalam pencalonannya, ia mengusung visi:
“Terwujudnya desa yang maju, transparan, kreatif, mandiri, dan ramah generasi muda melalui pemanfaatan teknologi, penguatan ekonomi lokal, serta pelayanan masyarakat yang cepat dan terbuka.”
Untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, Muhamad Anwar Safrudin menyiapkan sejumlah program prioritas yang fokus pada pelayanan masyarakat, pemberdayaan ekonomi warga, hingga pengembangan potensi pemuda desa.
Beberapa program yang menjadi perhatian di antaranya pelayanan administrasi desa berbasis digital, dukungan terhadap UMKM dan pemasaran produk lokal secara online, hingga penyediaan ruang kreativitas bagi generasi muda di bidang olahraga, seni budaya, dan konten kreatif.
Selain itu, ia juga menyoroti pentingnya pembangunan infrastruktur desa, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja, serta keterbukaan penggunaan anggaran dana desa agar masyarakat dapat ikut mengawasi jalannya pembangunan secara transparan.
Menurutnya, kemajuan desa tidak hanya bergantung pada pembangunan fisik semata, tetapi juga pada kualitas sumber daya manusia serta keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dalam pembangunan.
