KARAWANG, AlexaPodcat.ID – Kasus dugaan tindakan asusila di dunia pendidikan kembali mencuat. Kali ini, peristiwa tersebut terjadi di salah satu SMK swasta di wilayah Batujaya, Kabupaten Karawang, yang melibatkan seorang oknum tenaga pendidik.
Pelaku berinisial DA diketahui menjabat sebagai Kepala Program (Kaprog) jurusan Teknik Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM) di SMK Swasta Saintek Nurul Muslimmin.
Ia diduga melakukan perbuatan cabul terhadap seorang siswi berinisial IR yang saat ini duduk di kelas 12 jurusan yang sama.
Berdasarkan keterangan korban, dugaan tindakan tersebut telah berlangsung sejak Juni 2024.
Korban mengaku kerap mendapat ancaman dari pelaku, di antaranya tidak akan dinaikkan kelas, sehingga membuatnya terpaksa menuruti keinginan pelaku.
“Iya sempat diancam tidak naik kelas,” ungkap IR, korban. Sabtu (18/4/2026).
Peristiwa memuncak pada Jumat malam (16/4), saat pelaku diduga kembali melakukan aksi serupa yang disebut sebagai kejadian ke-6.
Aksi tersebut kemudian dipergoki oleh nenek serta keluarga korban, yang langsung memicu kecurigaan dan kemarahan.
Sebelumnya, pada Jumat siang, sempat direncanakan pertemuan antara pelaku dan pihak sekolah dengan keluarga korban untuk klarifikasi dan mediasi secara tertutup.
Namun, pertemuan tersebut tidak terlaksana hingga sore hari. Pelaku baru datang pada malam hari bersama pihak kesiswaan dan satu orang lainnya.
Dalam proses mediasi, keluarga korban menilai tidak adanya itikad baik dari pelaku maupun pihak sekolah. Bahkan, pernyataan yang disampaikan dianggap cenderung menyudutkan korban.
Situasi tersebut memicu emosi keluarga dan warga sekitar hingga terjadi keributan dan nyaris berujung pada aksi main hakim sendiri.
Beruntung, aparat Trantib desa yang berada di lokasi segera mengamankan pelaku dari amukan massa. Selanjutnya, pelaku langsung dibawa ke Polsek Batujaya guna menghindari dari aksi main hakim sendiri.
