Pergantian ini merupakan bagian dari dinamika organisasi TNI Angkatan Darat dalam rangka penyegaran dan peningkatan kinerja satuan kewilayahan.
Sebelumnya, Letkol Inf Yudi Susilo Yudhanto menjabat sebagai Komandan Batalyon Infanteri Yonif 305/Tengkorak di Karawang.
Selama memimpin satuan tersebut, ia dikenal sebagai pemimpin yang tegas, disiplin, dan dekat dengan prajurit.
Berbagai capaian positif berhasil diraih, terutama dalam peningkatan profesionalisme dan soliditas satuan.
Dalam sambutannya, Kolonel Inf Nyamin menegaskan bahwa jabatan Dandim memiliki peran strategis.
Selain memimpin satuan, Dandim juga dituntut mampu membangun komunikasi dan kerja sama yang baik dengan pemerintah daerah serta seluruh elemen masyarakat.
Dengan pengalaman di satuan tempur, Letkol Inf Yudi Susilo Yudhanto diyakini mampu menjalankan tugas barunya dengan penuh tanggung jawab.
