Dengan ini diumumkan bahwa pada tanggal 29 Desember 2025 telah dilakukan pengambilalihan hak atas saham PT Sukses Medika Husada selaku pemegang saham mayoritas dalam PT Sukses Medika Pratama oleh PT Cipta Global Pesona.
Pengambilalihan tersebut meliputi sebanyak 2.965 (dua ribu sembilan ratus enam puluh lima) saham, atau setara dengan 98,4% (sembilan puluh delapan koma empat persen) dari seluruh saham yang telah ditempatkan dan disetor penuh dalam Perseroan.
Pengambilalihan hak atas saham dimaksud telah dinyatakan dalam akta notaris yang dibuat di hadapan Ine Mulyati, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kabupaten Karawang, sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan serta peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Sejak tanggal pengambilalihan tersebut, PT Cipta Global Pesona secara sah menjadi pemegang saham mayoritas sekaligus pengendali PT Sukses Medika Pratama.
Pengambilalihan hak atas saham ini tidak mengakibatkan pembubaran Perseroan dan tidak mengubah status badan hukum Perseroan. Seluruh kegiatan usaha, hak dan kewajiban, serta hubungan hukum Perseroan dengan pihak ketiga tetap berlaku dan dilanjutkan, sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
Pengumuman ini disampaikan sebagai bentuk pemenuhan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, beserta perubahannya.
