Dengan ini diumumkan bahwa berdasarkan Akta Pengambilalihan Hak atas Saham yang dibuat pada tanggal 30 Desember 2025 di hadapan Ine Mulyati, S.H., M.Kn., Notaris di Kabupaten Karawang, telah dilaksanakan pengambilalihan hak atas seluruh saham PT Sukses Medika Husada, suatu perseroan terbatas yang berkedudukan di Kabupaten Karawang.
Terhitung sejak tanggal 1 Januari 2026, Tuan Indra, S.T., S.H., M.H. beserta pihak terkait secara sah menjadi pemegang saham PT Sukses Medika Husada, sebagaimana tercantum dalam akta tersebut dan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan.
Pengambilalihan hak atas saham ini tidak mengubah status badan hukum Perseroan. Seluruh hak dan kewajiban Perseroan yang timbul sebelum tanggal pengambilalihan tetap berlaku dan dilaksanakan oleh Perseroan sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Pengumuman ini disampaikan sebagai pemenuhan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas beserta perubahannya.
