KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Pelayanan Rumah Sakit Hastien Rengasdengklok, Kabupaten Karawang, kembali mendapat sorotan.

‎Seorang keluarga pasien, Dede Suhendar, warga Rengasdengklok Selatan, menyampaikan kekecewaannya terhadap pelayanan yang dinilai lambat dan tidak profesional.
‎
‎Dede mengungkapkan, selain proses penanganan yang disebutnya tidak sigap, pihak rumah sakit juga diduga melakukan kesalahan dalam pemberian obat kepada anaknya.
‎
‎Ia menilai kelalaian tersebut sangat fatal dan dapat membahayakan pasien.
‎
‎“Saya benar-benar kecewa. Penanganannya lambat, bahkan ada kesalahan pemberian obat yang menurut saya itu fatal,” ungkap Dede. Rabu (10/12/2025).
‎
‎Tak hanya itu, menurutnya, saat membawa anaknya ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) karena mengalami demam tinggi, dokter yang bertugas justru tidak mengambil tindakan medis.
‎
‎Anak tersebut bahkan dipulangkan tanpa pemeriksaan lanjutan.
‎
‎“Waktu anak saya panas tinggi dibawa ke IGD, dokter tidak melakukan tindakan apa pun. Malah disuruh pulang,” ucapnya.
‎
‎Merasa khawatir, Dede kemudian membawa anaknya ke Puskesmas Rengasdengklok.
‎
‎Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan, pihak puskesmas menyarankan agar pasien segera dirawat inap karena suhu tubuh yang sangat tinggi.
‎
‎“Karena khawatir, saya langsung bawa ke Puskesmas Rengasdengklok. Di sana dokter bilang anak saya harus dirawat karena panasnya tinggi,” jelasnya.
‎
‎Dede juga mengaku bahwa ini bukan kali pertama keluarganya mengalami kekecewaan terhadap pelayanan RS Hastien.
‎
‎Beberapa kejadian serupa, menurutnya, sudah pernah dialami sebelumnya.
‎
‎“Ini bukan kejadian pertama. Beberapa kali saya mengalami hal yang sama di RS Hastien,” ungkapnya.
‎
‎Rumah Sakit Hastien sendiri dalam beberapa bulan terakhir kerap menjadi sorotan akibat sejumlah kasus pelayanan yang dikeluhkan masyarakat. (Lan)
