KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Jajaran Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Karawang bergerak cepat menindaklanjuti laporan dugaan tindak pidana kekerasan seksual terhadap anak di bawah umur yang terjadi di wilayah Kecamatan Rengasdengklok, Kabupaten Karawang.
Kapolres Karawang AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah melalui Kasi Humas Polres Karawang Ipda Cep Wildan menjelaskan, laporan tersebut diterima pada 10 September 2025 dari pelapor bernama Nuraeni (50), ibu kandung korban.
“Korban berinisial SSA (15), seorang pelajar, diduga menjadi korban tindak pidana pencabulan yang dilakukan oleh terlapor berinisial AP alias Ending (46), warga Rengasdengklok,” ungkap Ipda Cep Wildan.
Peristiwa ini diketahui setelah adanya informasi dari warga yang diteruskan kepada aparat desa setempat.
Menurut keterangan korban, aksi bejat tersebut dilakukan lebih dari satu kali oleh pelaku, yang diketahui bekerja sebagai sopir antar jemput santri dari pondok pesantren ke sekolah.
Berdasarkan laporan yang diterima, Polres Karawang segera melakukan langkah-langkah kepolisian, mulai dari menerima laporan, mengamankan terduga pelaku, hingga meminta keterangan para saksi.
Saat ini AP alias Ending telah diamankan dan sedang menjalani proses penyidikan lebih lanjut oleh Unit PPA Satreskrim Polres Karawang.
Adapun perbuatan terlapor diduga melanggar Pasal 81 Ayat (2) Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Perppu Nomor 1 Tahun 2016 jo Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, atau Pasal 82 Ayat (1) Undang-undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2016 jo Pasal 76E Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak, dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama 15 tahun.
Kapolres Karawang AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah menegaskan pihaknya akan menangani kasus ini secara serius dan profesional.
“Kami berkomitmen untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum, khususnya terhadap anak-anak, serta memastikan pelaku tindak pidana kekerasan seksual mendapat proses hukum sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,” tegas Kapolres.
Selain itu, Polres Karawang juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap anak-anak, baik di lingkungan keluarga maupun di tempat pendidikan, agar terhindar dari potensi tindak pidana serupa. (Lan)
