KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Satres PPA dan PPO Polres Karawang berhasil mengungkap kasus pencabulan terhadap anak di bawah umur yang terjadi di wilayah Cilamaya Wetan.
Pelaku berinisial AH (40) kini telah diamankan pihak kepolisian untuk mempertanggungjawabkan perbuatannya.
Kapolres Karawang, AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah, melalui Kasi Humas Ipda Cep Wildan, menyatakan bahwa kasus ini terungkap setelah adanya laporan dari orang tua korban (ES).
Korban yang saat ini berusia 8 tahun diketahui telah mengalami perlakuan tidak senonoh sejak berusia 6 tahun.
”Tersangka AH memanfaatkan kedekatan dan kepercayaan keluarga untuk melancarkan aksinya,” ujar Ipda Cep Wildan.
Kronologi Kejadian
Kejadian bermula pada akhir Mei 2024, saat tersangka menjemput korban di Kecamatan Banyusari dengan dalih rindu dan mengajak menginap di rumahnya.
Kecurigaan orang tua muncul ketika korban pulang dan mengeluh kesakitan saat buang air kecil.
Hasil pemeriksaan medis kemudian mengonfirmasi adanya luka pada bagian vital korban.
Berdasarkan pengakuan korban, pelaku melakukan aksinya saat korban sedang tertidur dan meminta korban untuk merahasiakan perbuatan tersebut.
Langkah Hukum
Pihak kepolisian telah menyita barang bukti berupa pakaian korban serta mengantongi hasil Visum Et Repertum (VeR).
Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 415 huruf b atau Pasal 414 huruf b UU No. 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP dengan ancaman maksimal 9 tahun penjara.
”Kami akan segera berkoordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum agar kasus ini bisa segera disidangkan,” pungkas Ipda Cep Wildan.
