KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Kesabaran warga Dusun Babakanbogor, Kecamatan Cikampek, tampaknya sudah sampai di titik akhir.
Bersama Aliansi Mahasiswa Pemuda Pangkal Perjuangan Karawang (AMPPERA), mereka berencana menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan kantor pusat PT Pertamina (Persero) di Jakarta Pusat pada Kamis (12/3/2026).
Aksi tersebut digelar sebagai bentuk “pengingat keras” kepada pihak terkait soal janji pembayaran ganti rugi lahan yang hingga kini belum juga terlihat wujudnya, meski sebelumnya disebut akan direalisasikan pada Oktober 2025.
Perwakilan AMPPERA Karawang, Kelvin Hudqof Akbar, menegaskan bahwa warga sudah terlalu lama menunggu kepastian.
Menurutnya, janji yang berlarut-larut tanpa realisasi hanya menambah panjang daftar harapan yang digantung.
“Kami datang ke Jakarta bukan untuk mendengarkan janji baru atau penjelasan yang berputar-putar. Warga hanya ingin haknya dipenuhi, bukan sekadar dijanjikan,” ujar Kelvin.
Ia juga menilai lambannya penyelesaian persoalan ini diduga karena birokrasi yang saling lempar tanggung jawab antara pihak daerah dan pusat.
Sementara itu, perwakilan warga Babakanbogor, Anim Setiawan, mengatakan masyarakat sudah cukup lama hidup berdampingan dengan fasilitas penyimpanan bahan bakar yang dinilai memiliki potensi risiko tinggi.
Namun ironisnya, menurut Anim, kejelasan soal ganti rugi lahan maupun program buffer zone yang disebut-sebut demi keselamatan warga justru berjalan sangat lambat.
“Kalau soal risiko kami diminta mengerti. Tapi giliran soal hak warga, kami justru diminta bersabar terus,” kata Anim.
Dalam rencana aksi tersebut, massa mahasiswa dan warga dijadwalkan berkumpul mulai pukul 09.00 WIB di depan kantor pusat Pertamina di Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur, Jakarta Pusat.
Sejumlah tuntutan akan disampaikan dalam aksi itu, di antaranya realisasi pembayaran ganti untung bagi warga terdampak serta transparansi anggaran proyek buffer zone yang dikaitkan dengan program strategis nasional.
Penyelenggara juga mengundang para jurnalis untuk meliput kegiatan tersebut, agar publik bisa ikut menyaksikan bagaimana warga Karawang harus “menagih janji” langsung ke pusat kekuasaan energi negara.
