KARAWANG – Dunia pendidikan kembali dipertanyakan. Institusi yang seharusnya menjadi tempat menanamkan nilai moral, etika, dan keteladanan, kini justru diterpa dugaan skandal yang menyeret dua oknum guru di SMPN 2 Pakisjaya, Kecamatan Pakisjaya, Kabupaten Karawang.
Kasus ini mencuat setelah seorang perempuan yang mengaku sebagai istri sah salah satu guru PPPK berinisial JAF mengungkap dugaan perselingkuhan suaminya dengan seorang guru perempuan berinisial SK yang disebut mengajar di sekolah yang sama.
Menurut pengakuan pelapor, dugaan hubungan terlarang itu terbongkar saat dirinya membuka laptop milik sang suami. Dari perangkat tersebut, ia mengaku menemukan sejumlah foto dan video yang diduga memperlihatkan hubungan tidak pantas antara keduanya.
“Saya punya bukti video asusila perselingkuhan oleh guru satu sekolah,” ujar pelapor kepada awak media.
Pengakuan tersebut sontak mengundang keprihatinan. Profesi guru selama ini dikenal sebagai panutan yang membentuk karakter generasi penerus bangsa.
Namun jika dugaan itu benar, maka yang tercoreng bukan hanya nama pribadi, melainkan juga marwah dunia pendidikan dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga sekolah.
Publik pun menunggu langkah tegas dari pihak terkait. Sebab, persoalan ini tidak hanya menyangkut urusan rumah tangga, tetapi juga menyentuh aspek etika profesi dan disiplin aparatur apabila nantinya terbukti terjadi pelanggaran.
Kepala SMPN 2 Pakisjaya membenarkan adanya persoalan yang melibatkan oknum guru di sekolahnya. Ia menyampaikan bahwa istri guru yang bersangkutan telah melaporkan kasus tersebut kepada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karawang untuk diproses sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku.
Hingga berita ini diterbitkan, belum ada keterangan resmi dari kedua guru yang disebutkan dalam laporan tersebut.
