BEKASI – Seorang oknum guru berstatus Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di SMP Negeri 2 Cabang Bungin berinisial SF dilaporkan ke pihak kepolisian atas dugaan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik.
Laporan tersebut diajukan oleh Kepala Desa Sindang Jaya, Kecamatan Cabang Bungin, Kabupaten Bekasi, ke Polsek Cabang Bungin pada Sabtu (18/7/2026).
Dalam laporannya, pelapor menyebut dugaan perbuatan yang dilakukan terlapor telah merusak nama baik, kehormatan pribadi, serta mencoreng nama baik orang tua dan keluarganya.
Pelapor juga mengaku telah menyerahkan sejumlah bukti sebagai bahan pendukung kepada penyidik.
Meski demikian, hingga saat ini belum dijelaskan secara rinci bentuk pernyataan maupun tindakan yang menjadi dasar laporan tersebut. Seluruh materi laporan masih dalam proses pendalaman oleh pihak kepolisian.
Perwakilan Polsek Cabang Bungin membenarkan bahwa laporan tersebut telah diterima dan kini sedang diproses.
“Kami telah menerima laporan dari pelapor. Saat ini tim sedang melakukan pemeriksaan awal, memverifikasi data dan bukti yang ada untuk menentukan langkah selanjutnya sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, hingga berita ini diterbitkan, pihak terlapor belum memberikan tanggapan. Upaya konfirmasi melalui pesan WhatsApp juga belum mendapat respons.
Kasus ini masih berada pada tahap penyelidikan. Aparat kepolisian akan menentukan ada atau tidaknya unsur pidana berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan terhadap para pihak dan alat bukti yang dikumpulkan.
Apabila nantinya terbukti memenuhi unsur pidana, perkara ini dapat dikaitkan dengan ketentuan mengenai pencemaran nama baik sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
Namun, penetapan pelanggaran hukum sepenuhnya menjadi kewenangan aparat penegak hukum dan harus melalui proses penyelidikan maupun penyidikan.
Perlu diingat, laporan polisi bukan berarti seseorang telah terbukti bersalah. Terlapor tetap memiliki hak atas asas praduga tak bersalah hingga adanya putusan pengadilan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap.
