BEKASI – MPLS tahun ini bukan cuma soal kenalan sama guru, kakak OSIS, atau cari teman baru. Ratusan siswa baru di dua sekolah di Cikarang justru mendapat bekal penting untuk menghadapi ancaman narkoba yang kini makin dekat dengan kehidupan remaja.
DPP Battra SN Anti Narkotika Indonesia bersama Indigenous Kesadaran Nusantara turun langsung ke SMK HS Agung Cikarang Utara pada Kamis (16/7/2026) dan SMK Dewantara 2 pada Jumat (17/7/2026) untuk menggelar edukasi Pencegahan, Pemberantasan, Penyalahgunaan, dan Peredaran Gelap Narkotika (P4GN).
Materi yang dibawakan pun mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Salah satunya mengingatkan siswa agar waspada terhadap modus penyalahgunaan narkoba yang kini bisa disamarkan melalui rokok elektrik atau vape.
Narasumber utama, Ms. Novita L. Gosal, menjelaskan bahwa remaja harus lebih cermat terhadap tren yang sedang berkembang. Menurutnya, tidak semua yang terlihat keren atau kekinian benar-benar aman.
“Sekarang ancamannya bukan hanya narkoba dalam bentuk yang biasa dikenal masyarakat. Modusnya terus berkembang, termasuk melalui rokok elektrik. Karena itu, adik-adik harus berani berkata tidak dan jangan mudah ikut-ikutan tren yang belum jelas keamanannya,” ujar Novita.
Tak sekadar memberikan penyuluhan, Indigenous Kesadaran Nusantara juga mengajak 30 pengurus OSIS mengikuti Test Blueprint Keaslian Diri. Tujuannya agar para pemimpin muda di sekolah mengenali karakter, potensi, dan kekuatan dirinya sehingga mampu menjadi contoh positif bagi teman-temannya.
Perwakilan Indigenous Kesadaran Nusantara mengatakan, perang melawan narkoba harus dimulai dari kesadaran diri.
“Kalau seorang remaja sudah mengenal jati dirinya, dia tidak akan mudah dipengaruhi lingkungan. Dia punya keberanian untuk berkata ‘tidak’ terhadap narkoba, rokok, vape, maupun tekanan dari pergaulan,” ungkapnya.
Suasana sosialisasi berlangsung santai namun penuh antusias. Para siswa aktif berdiskusi dan bertanya mengenai bahaya narkoba, pergaulan bebas, hingga pentingnya membangun karakter sejak dini.
Pihak sekolah pun menyambut positif kegiatan tersebut. Mereka berharap edukasi seperti ini tidak berhenti di ruang MPLS, tetapi menjadi bekal bagi para siswa untuk menjaga diri dan menjadi generasi yang sehat, tangguh, serta bebas dari narkoba.
Dengan pendekatan yang lebih dekat dengan dunia remaja, Battra SN Anti Narkotika Indonesia dan Indigenous Kesadaran Nusantara berharap lahir generasi yang bukan hanya cerdas secara akademik, tetapi juga kuat secara mental dan berani menjaga masa depannya dari pengaruh narkoba.
