KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang melaksanakan peletakan batu pertama pembangunan Rumah Layak Huni (Rulahu) bagi warga lanjut usia (lansia) di Kecamatan Cilamaya, Kabupaten Karawang, Rabu (13/05/2026).
‎
‎Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan usai rangkaian acara Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) yang dihadiri Bupati Karawang bersama Kapolres Karawang Fiki N. Ardiansyah, Dandim 0604/Karawang, unsur Forkopimda, serta instansi terkait lainnya.
‎
‎Program PATEN menjadi salah satu bentuk pelayanan jemput bola Pemerintah Kabupaten Karawang kepada masyarakat dengan menghadirkan berbagai layanan publik dalam satu lokasi.
‎
‎Dalam kegiatan tersebut tersedia stand Samsat Keliling untuk memudahkan masyarakat mengurus pajak kendaraan bermotor, pelayanan administrasi kependudukan, pelayanan kesehatan, hingga stand UMKM warga setempat.
‎
‎Bupati Karawang bersama rombongan tampak meninjau satu per satu stand pelayanan sambil menyapa dan berdialog langsung dengan masyarakat yang hadir.
‎
‎Di sela kegiatan, Bupati Karawang bersama Kapolres dan unsur Forkopimda juga menyerahkan sejumlah bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat yang membutuhkan.
‎
‎Bantuan tersebut di antaranya kursi roda bagi warga lanjut usia dan penyandang disabilitas guna membantu aktivitas sehari-hari, serta bantuan Al-Qur’an untuk mendukung kegiatan keagamaan masyarakat.
‎
‎Program pembangunan Rumah Layak Huni tersebut merupakan bentuk kepedulian pemerintah daerah bersama unsur TNI-Polri terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya warga kurang mampu yang membutuhkan tempat tinggal layak dan aman untuk dihuni.
‎
‎Peletakan batu pertama itu menjadi simbol dimulainya pembangunan rumah bagi lansia yang diharapkan mampu memberikan kenyamanan serta meningkatkan kualitas hidup penerima bantuan.
‎
‎Kapolres Karawang melalui Kasi Humas Polres Karawang IPDA Cep Wildan menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan tersebut merupakan wujud nyata sinergi antara pemerintah daerah, TNI, Polri, dan seluruh instansi terkait dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat.

‎“Kegiatan PATEN ini tidak hanya menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang cepat dan mudah, tetapi juga menjadi momentum untuk memperkuat kepedulian sosial kepada masyarakat, termasuk melalui bantuan sosial dan pembangunan rumah layak huni bagi lansia,” ujarnya.

‎Ia menambahkan, Polres Karawang akan terus mendukung berbagai program kemasyarakatan dan pelayanan publik yang memberikan manfaat langsung bagi masyarakat Kabupaten Karawang.
