KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Aksi sigap dan penuh kepedulian ditunjukkan personel Satlantas Polres Karawang saat membantu evakuasi darurat seorang balita yang mengalami kejang, Minggu (22/3).

‎Peristiwa tersebut terjadi di tengah padatnya arus lalu lintas di ruas Tol Karawang Timur.
‎
‎Petugas yang tengah berjaga menerima laporan dari seorang pengendara terkait kondisi darurat seorang balita yang harus segera mendapatkan penanganan medis.
‎
‎Menyadari situasi yang mengancam nyawa, personel Satlantas langsung mengambil tindakan cepat dengan melakukan pengawalan dan membuka jalur menggunakan diskresi kepolisian.
‎
‎Dengan sirine yang menyala, petugas membelah kepadatan kendaraan dan memastikan mobil yang membawa balita tersebut dapat melaju tanpa hambatan.
‎
‎Berkat respons cepat tersebut, kendaraan berhasil tiba dengan aman di RS Lira Medika untuk mendapatkan penanganan medis intensif.
‎
‎Orang tua balita menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas bantuan yang diberikan petugas.
‎
‎“Saya sangat berterima kasih kepada Satlantas Polres Karawang. Anak saya tiba-tiba kejang, sementara kondisi jalan saat itu macet parah,” ujarnya dengan nada haru.
‎
‎Kapolres Karawang, AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah melalui Kasi Humas Ipda Cep Wildan menyampaikan bahwa tindakan tersebut merupakan bentuk nyata pelayanan prima Polri kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam situasi darurat.
‎
‎Ia juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk mempersiapkan perjalanan dengan baik, terutama saat arus mudik, serta segera menghubungi layanan kepolisian jika membutuhkan bantuan darurat.
