KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Warga Desa Kertasari, Kecamatan Rengasdengklok, Kabupaten Karawang, menyambut positif pelaksanaan penilaian program Sanitasi Total Berbasis Masyarakat (STBM) yang digagas Pemerintah Desa Kertasari.
‎
‎Penilaian tersebut dilaksanakan pada Senin (15/12/2025) sebagai langkah awal peningkatan kualitas sanitasi lingkungan di wilayah desa.
‎
‎Program STBM dinilai sejalan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, khususnya dalam upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih, sehat, serta bebas dari perilaku buang air besar sembarangan (BABS).
‎
‎Kehadiran program ini diharapkan mampu mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat menuju pola hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS).
‎
‎Salah seorang warga Desa Kertasari mengaku bersyukur atas terlaksananya penilaian STBM dan berharap program tersebut dapat segera direalisasikan secara berkelanjutan.
‎
‎“Kegiatan penilaian STBM telah berjalan dengan lancar. Kami mendengar kabar bahwa program ini akan direalisasikan ke depannya, dan tentu kami berharap manfaatnya benar-benar bisa dirasakan langsung oleh masyarakat Desa Kertasari,” ujarnya, Senin (22/12/2025).
‎
‎Ia menambahkan, masyarakat Desa Kertasari siap mendukung dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam pelaksanaan program STBM demi peningkatan kualitas kesehatan lingkungan.
‎
‎“Kami sebagai warga siap mendukung program ini, karena sanitasi yang baik sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar,” tambahnya.
‎
‎Pemerintah Desa Kertasari berharap, melalui implementasi program STBM, kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya sanitasi dan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat semakin meningkat.
‎
‎Dengan demikian, Desa Kertasari dapat menjadi lingkungan yang lebih sehat, bersih, dan layak huni bagi seluruh warganya.
