KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Jajaran Satuan Reserse Narkoba (Satresnarkoba) Polres Karawang di bawah pimpinan AKP M. Yusuf Bakhtiar berhasil mengungkap tindak pidana kesehatan berupa peredaran obat keras tertentu (OKT) tanpa izin edar di wilayah hukum Polres Karawang.
Pelaku berinisial YSM (38) alias Yogi Sigit Martin, warga Dusun Rawa Indah, Desa Segaran, Kecamatan Batujaya, Kabupaten Karawang, diamankan pada Jumat (3/10/2025) sekira pukul 11.00 WIB di rumahnya, setelah petugas menerima laporan masyarakat mengenai aktivitas mencurigakan di lokasi tersebut.
Dari tangan pelaku, petugas berhasil mengamankan 392 butir obat keras tertentu berbagai jenis serta sejumlah barang bukti lainnya berupa 7 pack plastik bening kosong, uang tunai sebesar Rp530.000, dan satu unit handphone merk Infinix yang diduga digunakan sebagai sarana transaksi.
Kasat Narkoba Polres Karawang, AKP M. Yusuf Bakhtiar, menjelaskan bahwa penangkapan ini berawal dari laporan masyarakat yang kemudian ditindaklanjuti dengan penyelidikan di lapangan.
“Setelah memastikan kebenaran informasi, anggota melakukan penggeledahan di lokasi dan menemukan ratusan butir obat keras tanpa izin edar. Pelaku mengakui bahwa obat tersebut diperolehnya dari seseorang berinisial JATI yang saat ini masih dalam pencarian,” ungkap AKP M. Yusuf Bakhtiar.
Ia menambahkan, penyidik Satresnarkoba Polres Karawang terus melakukan pengembangan untuk mengungkap jaringan peredaran obat keras tersebut hingga ke pemasok utama.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Karawang AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah melalui Kasi Humas Ipda Cep Wildan mengapresiasi kinerja jajarannya yang sigap menindak setiap bentuk pelanggaran hukum yang berpotensi membahayakan kesehatan masyarakat.
“Polres Karawang berkomitmen untuk menindak tegas segala bentuk pelanggaran hukum, termasuk penyalahgunaan dan peredaran obat keras tanpa izin. Peredaran obat ilegal ini sangat berbahaya karena dapat merusak generasi muda dan mengancam kesehatan masyarakat,” tegas Ipda Cep Wildan.
Ia juga mengimbau masyarakat untuk lebih waspada dan tidak sembarangan membeli atau mengonsumsi obat-obatan yang tidak terdaftar resmi di apotek atau fasilitas kesehatan.
“Kami mengajak seluruh masyarakat untuk berperan aktif memberikan informasi apabila mengetahui adanya praktik jual beli obat keras tanpa izin. Sinergi antara kepolisian dan masyarakat menjadi kunci dalam memberantas peredaran obat ilegal di Karawang,” pungkasnya.
Atas perbuatannya, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 60 angka 10 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja, atau Pasal 435 dan Pasal 436 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan, dengan ancaman pidana sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
