BEKASI, AlexaPodcast.ID – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bekasi memastikan akan segera melaksanakan proses seleksi terbuka atau open bidding untuk posisi Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda).

‎Bupati Bekasi, Ade Kuswara Kunang, menegaskan bahwa mekanisme lelang jabatan ini dilakukan secara transparan dan memberikan kesempatan yang sama kepada seluruh pejabat yang memenuhi syarat.
‎
‎“Seleksi ini tidak boleh tertutup, harus terbuka. Kami akan dorong prosesnya secepat mungkin, dengan melibatkan pejabat yang memenuhi syarat,” tegas Ade Kuswara.
‎
‎Bupati Ade Kuswara mengungkapkan, saat ini terdapat empat pejabat eselon II yang telah menyatakan minat mengikuti seleksi.
‎
‎”Siapapun boleh mendaftar, semua diberi kesempatan yang sama,” ujar Ade Kuswara Kunang. Selasa (16/9/2025).
‎
‎Ia menegaskan bahwa setiap calon yang memenuhi persyaratan formal dan memiliki rekam jejak baik berhak bersaing.
‎
‎“Yang terpenting, Sekda nanti harus punya kapabilitas manajerial, pemahaman birokrasi, serta komitmen penuh terhadap visi-misi pembangunan Kabupaten Bekasi,” tegasnya.
‎
‎Pemkab Bekasi menargetkan penetapan Sekretaris Daerah definitif dapat selesai sebelum akhir tahun.
‎
‎Bupati menekankan pentingnya peran Sekda sebagai motor penggerak birokrasi dan koordinator lintas perangkat daerah.
‎
‎“Sekda itu ibarat mesin utama dalam pemerintahan. Kalau mesinnya berjalan baik, pelayanan publik dan pembangunan juga bisa lebih cepat,” jelasnya.
‎
‎Sementara proses seleksi berjalan, Ade Kuswara menunjuk Ida Farida sebagai Penjabat (Pj) Sekda untuk menjaga stabilitas pemerintahan.
‎
‎“Kami butuh kesinambungan. Maka dari itu, sebelum Sekda definitif ditetapkan, ada penjabat yang mengisi sementara. Begitu seleksi selesai dan ada keputusan final, barulah Sekda definitif dilantik,” tutup Bupati Ade. (Bento)
