BEKASI, AlexaPodcast.ID – Dalam upaya membentuk karakter pelajar yang berdisiplin serta mencegah kenakalan remaja, jajaran Polsek Tarumajaya menggelar kegiatan Police Go To School di SMP IT Nurul Qolbi Tarumajaya, Desa Pusaka Rakyat, Kecamatan Tarumajaya, Kabupaten Bekasi, Selasa (13/1/2026).
Kegiatan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolsek Tarumajaya AKP I Gede Bagus Ariska Sudana, S.T.K., S.I.K., didampingi Kanit Binmas IPTU Syarif Hidayat dan Bhabinkamtibmas AIPTU Irwanto, serta dihadiri Kepala Sekolah SMP IT Nurul Qolbi Tarumajaya Muhammad Yusuf, S.Pd., M.Pd. bersama para guru dan siswa.
Dalam arahannya, Kapolsek Tarumajaya memberikan pembinaan dan penyuluhan terkait pentingnya menjaga perilaku, menjauhi tawuran, serta bijak dalam menggunakan media sosial.
Ia menekankan bahwa pelajar merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang harus dilindungi dari pengaruh negatif lingkungan.
“Kami mengajak para pelajar untuk berani menolak segala bentuk ajakan negatif, baik tawuran, membawa senjata tajam, maupun kegiatan yang melanggar hukum. Semua itu bisa merusak masa depan kalian,” tegas AKP I Gede Bagus Ariska Sudana.
Selain itu, para siswa juga diingatkan agar tidak mudah terprovokasi oleh informasi atau ajakan yang beredar di media sosial, termasuk ajakan unjuk rasa atau aksi yang berpotensi mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban.
“Media sosial harus digunakan secara bijak. Jangan mudah percaya atau ikut-ikutan ajakan yang belum jelas kebenarannya karena bisa berdampak hukum dan merugikan diri sendiri,” tambahnya.
Kapolsek Tarumajaya juga menyoroti pentingnya pencegahan perundungan (bullying) di lingkungan sekolah. Menurutnya, perundungan sering berawal dari hal sepele seperti ejekan, namun dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang serius bagi korban.
“Bullying tidak boleh dianggap remeh. Sekolah harus menjadi tempat yang aman dan nyaman bagi seluruh siswa untuk belajar dan berkembang,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Sekolah SMP IT Nurul Qolbi Tarumajaya Muhammad Yusuf mengapresiasi kegiatan yang dilakukan Polsek Tarumajaya dan menilai kehadiran polisi di sekolah memberikan dampak positif bagi siswa.
“Kami sangat berterima kasih atas pembinaan yang diberikan. Ini sangat penting untuk membentuk karakter dan kedisiplinan anak-anak kami agar terhindar dari pengaruh negatif,” ucapnya.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut, pihak sekolah juga diimbau untuk aktif berkoordinasi dengan pihak Kepolisian melalui Call Center 110 atau Bhabinkamtibmas apabila menemukan potensi gangguan keamanan atau permasalahan di lingkungan sekolah.
Kegiatan Police Go To School ini pun disambut antusias oleh para siswa. Diharapkan melalui kegiatan tersebut, terjalin sinergi yang kuat antara Kepolisian dan dunia pendidikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman, tertib, dan kondusif. (Bento)
