KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat dari Fraksi Partai Golkar, Sri Rahayu, melaksanakan kegiatan pengawasan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Tahun Anggaran 2026 dengan menampung berbagai keluhan dari desa maupun kelurahan terkait pembangunan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP), Senin (8/3/2026).
Kegiatan yang digelar di Kelurahan Karawang Wetan ini dihadiri Kepala Kelurahan Karawang Wetan Nenti Kurniawati, Sekretaris Kelurahan Amir Muhidin, serta unsur lembaga kelurahan seperti Karang Taruna, Forum RW, kader Posyandu, PSM, dan tokoh masyarakat.
Dalam pertemuan tersebut, sejumlah perwakilan masyarakat menyampaikan persoalan yang muncul terkait polemik pembangunan KDMP, termasuk adanya laporan dugaan pemotongan dana desa atau kelurahan yang dinilai berpotensi mengganggu arah pembangunan di tingkat lokal.
Melalui kegiatan pengawasan ini, Sri Rahayu menyerap langsung aspirasi masyarakat sekaligus memastikan bahwa penggunaan anggaran, baik dari APBD maupun dana desa dan kelurahan, tetap berjalan sesuai aturan dan tidak menimbulkan persoalan di kemudian hari.
Di awal tahun 2026 ini, DPRD Jawa Barat memang tengah memperkuat fungsi pengawasan, mulai dari penggunaan APBD, pelaksanaan peraturan daerah hingga pelayanan publik. Tujuannya sederhana: agar anggaran benar-benar sampai kepada kebutuhan masyarakat, bukan sekadar sibuk di atas kertas.
Selain persoalan KDMP, DPRD Jabar juga menyoroti pentingnya pemekaran desa di wilayah dengan jumlah penduduk padat agar pelayanan publik bisa lebih efektif dan tidak terlalu panjang antreannya.
Sri Rahayu mengatakan pihaknya turun langsung ke desa dan kelurahan untuk mendengar aspirasi masyarakat sekaligus memastikan penggunaan anggaran berjalan sesuai aturan.
“Pengawasan ini penting agar dana desa maupun APBD benar-benar digunakan untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Jangan sampai niat membangun justru menimbulkan kebingungan di tingkat desa atau kelurahan,” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan, polemik terkait pembangunan KDMP perlu dikaji dengan hati-hati agar tidak mengganggu program pembangunan yang sudah direncanakan oleh pemerintah desa maupun kelurahan.
“Prinsipnya sederhana, pembangunan harus berjalan, tapi aturan dan kepentingan masyarakat juga tidak boleh ditinggalkan,” tambahnya.
