KARAWANG, AlexaPodcast.ID – Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kabupaten Karawang ke-392, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Karawang bersama Polres Karawang menggelar acara peringatan Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW di dua lokasi bersejarah, Sabtu (13/9/2025).
Kegiatan berlangsung di Makam Syekh Quro, Lemahabang, dan Makam Manggung Jaya, Rengasdengklok, yang menjadi lokasi sakral bagi masyarakat Karawang.
Rangkaian acara dimulai pukul 10.30 WIB hingga 14.45 WIB dengan pembacaan doa, tausiyah, tabur bunga, serta tawasul budaya.
Acara ini dihadiri langsung oleh Bupati Karawang H. Aep Saepulloh, S.E., Wakil Bupati H. Maslani, Ketua DPRD H. Endang Sodikin, Kapolres Karawang AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah, Dandim 0604 Karawang Letkol Inf. Naryanto, Sekda H. Asep Aang Rahmatullah, jajaran Forkopimda, Kepala OPD, serta perwakilan Baznas Karawang.
Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan ziarah ke Makam Syekh Quro sebagai bentuk penghormatan terhadap ulama besar penyebar Islam di Karawang.
Dilanjutkan dengan acara di Komplek Makam Bupati Manggung Jaya yang diisi tawasul budaya serta penyerahan santunan kepada 392 anak yatim dan 372 lansia.
Bupati Karawang H. Aep Saepulloh, S.E. dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa syukur atas terselenggaranya kegiatan ini.
Ia menegaskan pentingnya menjaga warisan para ulama dan leluhur yang telah berjasa bagi Karawang, serta mengumumkan rencana revitalisasi kawasan Syekh Quro sebagai destinasi wisata religi pada tahun 2026.
Selain itu, Bupati Aep juga menegaskan komitmen Pemkab Karawang dalam perbaikan infrastruktur di kawasan Manggung Jaya, serta memberikan apresiasi kepada Baznas Karawang yang telah menyalurkan santunan untuk anak yatim dan lansia.
Kapolres Karawang, AKBP Fiki N. Ardiansyah melalui Humas Polres Karawang Ipda Cep Wildan menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan ini menjadi sarana mempererat silaturahmi antar-pemimpin daerah, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat.
”Kegiatan ini bukan hanya mengenang sejarah, tetapi juga mempererat silaturahmi antara pemerintah daerah, TNI-Polri, tokoh agama, dan masyarakat, sehingga tercipta suasana yang kondusif di Karawang,” ungkap Ipda Cep Wildan.
Acara ditutup dengan doa bersama untuk keselamatan dan kemajuan Kabupaten Karawang. Seluruh rangkaian berlangsung dengan aman, tertib, dan khidmat.(Lan)
