KARAWANG – Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) yang digadang-gadang menjadi motor penggerak ekonomi masyarakat ternyata mulai menuai tanda tanya.

Dapur MBG yang dikelola Yayasan Bersama Niat Mulia di Jalan Raya Peruri, RT 15/RW 06, Desa Mulyasari, Kecamatan Ciampel, Kabupaten Karawang, disorot warga karena diduga belum memberikan ruang yang nyata bagi pelaku usaha lokal.

Ironisnya, meski dapur tersebut disebut telah beroperasi hampir satu tahun, sejumlah warga mengaku belum melihat petani, peternak, UMKM maupun pedagang di sekitar lokasi ikut menikmati peluang ekonomi dari program yang menggunakan anggaran negara tersebut.

Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun, sebagian besar kebutuhan logistik diduga justru dipasok dari luar daerah.

Warga mengaku kerap melihat kendaraan pengangkut beras, minyak goreng, dan berbagai bahan pokok lainnya datang pada malam hari dari arah Jakarta maupun Bekasi.

“Kami sering melihat barang datang dari luar daerah. Padahal di sekitar sini banyak petani, pedagang, dan pelaku usaha yang mampu menyuplai kebutuhan dapur. Kalau semua didatangkan dari luar, lalu masyarakat sekitar kebagian apa?” ujar seorang warga yang meminta identitasnya dirahasiakan.

Tak hanya itu, warga juga menyoroti sebuah bangunan yang diduga berkaitan dengan operasional dapur MBG.

Menurut pengamatan mereka, bangunan tersebut sebelumnya difungsikan sebagai gudang sebelum akhirnya dipasangi papan nama.

Aktivitas keluar-masuk barang di lokasi itu pun disebut masih berlangsung hingga sekarang.

Sejumlah pelaku usaha lokal dikabarkan pernah menawarkan kerja sama untuk menjadi pemasok kebutuhan dapur. Namun hingga kini, mereka mengaku belum pernah memperoleh kesempatan menjadi mitra.

Kondisi tersebut memunculkan pertanyaan di tengah masyarakat. Jika Program MBG memang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, mengapa roda ekonomi di sekitar lokasi justru dinilai belum ikut berputar?

Warga berharap pengelola Yayasan Bersama Niat Mulia maupun Kepala Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) memberikan penjelasan secara terbuka mengenai mekanisme pengadaan bahan baku, termasuk dasar penunjukan pemasok dan sejauh mana pelaku usaha lokal diberi kesempatan untuk terlibat.

Transparansi dinilai menjadi kunci agar Program MBG tidak hanya sukses menyajikan makanan bergizi bagi penerima manfaat, tetapi juga benar-benar menghadirkan manfaat ekonomi bagi petani, peternak, UMKM, dan pedagang di lingkungan sekitar.

Hingga berita ini diterbitkan, pihak Yayasan Bersama Niat Mulia maupun Kepala SPPG belum memberikan keterangan resmi terkait berbagai informasi dan dugaan yang berkembang di masyarakat.
