CIREBON, AlexaPodcast.ID – Polresta Cirebon menunjukkan komitmen nyata dalam mendukung Program Swasembada Pangan Nasional Tahun 2026 melalui kegiatan penanaman jagung serentak, penyerahan bantuan alat dan mesin pertanian (alsintan), serta penyaluran bantuan sembako kepada kelompok tani, Kamis (29/1/2026).

‎Kegiatan yang dipusatkan di Blok Kedempatan, Desa Cempaka, Kecamatan Plumbon, Kabupaten Cirebon ini dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol. Imara Utama, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., didampingi Wakapolresta Cirebon AKBP Eko Munarianto, S.I.K., serta dihadiri jajaran pejabat utama, unsur Forkopimda, instansi terkait, dan masyarakat setempat.

‎Pelaksanaan penanaman jagung tersebut merupakan bagian dari agenda serentak jajaran Polda Jawa Barat yang terhubung melalui Zoom Meeting dan dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda Jawa Barat Irjen Pol. Dr. Rudi Setiawan, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., dari lokasi terpusat.

‎Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol. Imara Utama mengatakan, kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk dukungan nyata Polri terhadap program ketahanan pangan nasional sekaligus upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya petani.

‎“Polresta Cirebon secara nyata mendukung Program Swasembada Pangan Presiden Republik Indonesia Tahun 2026. Penanaman jagung pipil ini menjadi langkah konkret kami bersama kelompok tani untuk mengoptimalkan lahan agar lebih produktif,” ujarnya.

‎Ia menegaskan, peran Polri saat ini tidak hanya terbatas pada menjaga keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, tetapi juga turut hadir dalam pembangunan sektor ekonomi dan pertanian.
‎
‎“Kami berkomitmen menjadi fasilitator dan pendamping bagi kelompok tani, mulai dari proses penanaman hingga masa panen, melalui sinergi dengan berbagai stakeholder,” tambahnya.

‎Melalui kolaborasi lintas sektor tersebut, Kapolresta berharap produktivitas pertanian dapat meningkat dan berdampak langsung pada peningkatan taraf hidup petani di wilayah hukum Polresta Cirebon.
‎
‎Selain kegiatan penanaman, Polresta Cirebon juga menyalurkan bantuan sosial berupa paket sembako yang terdiri dari beras, mi instan, dan minyak goreng kepada masyarakat sekitar sebagai bentuk kepedulian sosial.
‎
‎“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih dan apresiasi setinggi-tingginya kepada seluruh pihak yang telah mendukung terselenggaranya kegiatan ini. Semoga sinergi ini terus terjalin demi kemajuan bersama,” pungkasnya.

‎Secara keseluruhan, penanaman jagung pipil ini dilaksanakan secara serentak di 27 Polsek jajaran Polresta Cirebon dengan total luas lahan mencapai 29 hektare. Kegiatan tersebut menjadi wujud kontribusi nyata Polresta Cirebon dalam memperkuat ketahanan pangan nasional sekaligus mempererat kemitraan Polri dengan masyarakat. (Kirno)
